  * All graduates must arrive at the venue no later than 7 AM,

*In order to participate in the Graduation Ceremony, all graduates must attend the dress rehearsal.

Registration and Payment:

To register and secure your place at the graduation ceremony, please proceed with the payment for your graduation attire by the 1^st of October 2025.

To proceed with the ordering of your graduation attire, you need to make sure that you have sufficient balance in your account.

To check your balance, go to the 鈥淔inance鈥� section of your UniSIS account and click 鈥淢ake Payment鈥� to confirm it covers the required purchase amount. Upon confirming the availability of funds in your account, follow the steps below to complete your registration:

Notes:

• We will not be accepting cash payments at our offices.
• The fee for graduation attire is non-refundable.
• Graduation attire will be distributed during the rehearsal.
• All graduates renting a gown are required to provide their passport or national ID card as a security deposit. These documents will be returned upon the return of the gown after the ceremony.
• Guest Invitations: Each graduate can invite up to two (2) guests.

1. Can you assist us with arranging visa letters?

Graduates are responsible for their travel and accommodation arrangements. International students can find useful travel information here: . If you are facing any issues for your visa arrangements, please contact graduation@zambia.unicaf.org.

2. I have paid for my graduation attire, but I haven鈥檛 received a confirmation email from you.

If you have not received an email confirmation for your registration within 3-4 working days, it appears there may be an error with your purchase. In this instance, please contact graduation@zambia.unicaf.org

3. I will not attend the graduation ceremony. Will I be able to receive my gown?

Yes, you can order your gown even though you cannot attend the graduation ceremony. Please complete the form at this link so the gown can be shipped to your requested address. Once the form has been completed, our graduation team will send you an email advising you of the shipping cost and how to proceed with payment in order to complete your order.

4. I have paid the amount to attend the graduation ceremony but unfortunately, I can鈥檛 attend. Can I have a refund?

The Graduation Fee is strictly non-refundable. However, if there is any specific reason, and you have proven documents to provide, please send an email to graduation@zambia.unicaf.org so we can assist you further.

5. What are the steps to register for the upcoming ceremony?

The registration is being completed through Unisis. All eligible graduates can visit /news-and-events/events/unicaf-university-zambia-graduation-ceremony-2025/ and read and follow all the detailed information of the exact steps of the registration process. It鈥檚 important to follow the steps very careful so you can successfully register. After successfully completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email within 3-4 working days.

6. When I will receive the original degree certificate?

Relevant information in regards to receiving their Certificate is provided to all graduates upon confirmation of the date of the graduation ceremony. Once the issuance process is completed, the documents will be sent to Unicaf Headquarters and are then dispatched to students via a courier service. Once dispatched, a tracking number is provided to students through email.

7. What are the sizes of the gowns?

Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large

8. Why am I not eligible to attend the graduation?

Perhaps your last module has not been presented to the board yet which is a graduation requirement. For more information contact support@unicaf.org

9. When will I receive the confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are usually sent around 3-4 days after the successful completion of the registration process. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please send an email to: graduation@zambia.unicaf.org

10. Is it mandatory to attend the rehearsal?

Yes, attending the rehearsal is mandatory for all graduates, as it is essential for everyone to know the location of their seats and how to move around the venue during the ceremony. Graduates who will not attend the rehearsal they will not be able to attend the Ceremony.

11. Will my name be announced if I do not attend?

No, the names of those who do not attend will not be announced. However, all the names will be included in the Graduation Booklet that will be shared via email after the graduation ceremony.

The event, held at the , was a significant occasion where prenatal and postnatal mothers received vital health check-ups and attended informative sessions.

Madam Masozi Bweupe and Dr Clement Chela opened the event with introductions, followed by welcoming remarks from 每日大赛 Vice-Chancellor Dr Christine Phiri Mushibwe, who highlighted the university’s dedication to community engagement and public health.

During the information session, Dr Mweemba Kambula from Chipata Level 1 Hospital emphasised the importance of regular antenatal clinic visits, supplement intake, and postnatal evaluations. Sister Stelia Sunkutu, a midwife from Metero Level 1 Hospital, discussed the crucial role of nutrition for both mothers and their children. She provided practical advice on the types of foods that should be included in their diets to ensure optimal health.

The second session was dedicated to health check-ups for prenatal mothers, including blood pressure, height, and weight measurements. These check-ups were essential in monitoring the health and well-being of the mothers, ensuring they receive the necessary care during pregnancy and postpartum.

每日大赛 Deputy Vice-Chancellor Dr Lameck Mwewa delivered the closing remarks, expressing gratitude to all participants and healthcare professionals for their dedication and hard work. The event concluded with a health break and a photo session, capturing the spirit of community and support that marked the day.

The sessions were conducted by 每日大赛 lecturer, Mr Benjamin Juma Nkowane in the 每日大赛 amphitheatre in Lusaka.

Over 50 organisations were invited to participate in the training sessions, and we were incredibly proud to see that the turnout of participants was overwhelming!聽

Some of the organisations invited included: Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank, Liberty Life Zambia, IHS Towers, Blackgold Insurance, Mofin Finance, National Health Insurance, ZAMSEED, One Life Insurance, HFHZ, Swan Life, SES – Unisure, Habitat for Humanity Zambia, Advantage Insurance and SEEF Properties.

All participants recieved a certificate of participation, and 每日大赛 is greatly looking forward to hosting more of these informative and instructional training sessions in the future, in an effort to increase the skills of the local Zambian community.

Dr. Mwewa stressed the importance of networking events like the Alumni dinner in fostering continued progress and success among the university’s graduates.

The Executive Director of the IAZ, Dr Nkaka Mwasika, also expressed gratitude for the partnership, conveying the excitement and satisfaction of the IAZ members for the collaboration. With over 2000 members in the formal insurance industry, and over 6000 more individuals working in the informal sector, 每日大赛 could potentially change the lives of almost 10,000 individuals with scholarship opportunities and educational offerings.聽

The event concluded with a photo session and a social gathering where attendees enjoyed some drinks and snacks.

The event started with a march past the offices (Civic Centre) to the Freedom Statue, where His Excellency, Mr Hakainde Hichilema, the Head of State, was among the dignitaries in attendance.聽

The team marched proudly, showcasing the university’s banner to the President and media.聽 This was followed by an exhibition of the university鈥檚 services by its staff. The Labour Day celebrations presented a good opportunity for 每日大赛 to interact with other companies and promote the 每日大赛 brand.

During the event, and in keeping with the day鈥檚 theme, 每日大赛 awarded two staff members for their dedication and hard work. Esther Mulenga, Maintenance Personnel was recognised as the Longest Serving Employee and Memory Moonga, a Student Advisor, was recognised as the Most Resilient Employee.

The management of 每日大赛 is proud to have participated in the 2023 Labour Day celebrations and commends the Government of the Republic of Zambia for its continued support towards job creation and economic growth. The university also remains committed to providing quality education and training to its students, contributing to the growth and development of Zambia.

The summit featured several speakers, each addressing a different topic related to youth empowerment. 每日大赛 Chancellor, Professor Mpazi Sinjela, made the opening remarks on how young people should not be afraid to dream and to strive for a better future. He emphasised that with 每日大赛, 鈥渢he impossible can be made possible.鈥�

The first guest speaker, Mr Matanda Mwewa, Solar Industry Association President, discussed the guidelines and restrictions of entrepreneurship in one’s youth. He emphasised the need for the youth to start entrepreneurship early in their lives as it also helps build networks that are critical for long term success. They provide valuable聽 experience, skills and connections that help entrepreneurs achieve their goals and make a positive impact in their industries.

Dr Rozious Siatwambo, Founder and CEO of Great North Road Academy, presented the topic “Is Education the Key to Success?” He shared his perspective on the role of education in shaping one’s future and achieving success through training the mind to think positively in order to achieve.

The final speaker, Mr Davies Munga, read a speech on behalf of the Permanent Secretary, Mr Fumba Mumba, who was unable to attend, focusing on “Youth Empowerment: How to Make it Work for You.” He highlighted the various ways in which young people can take charge of their own empowerment and make positive changes in their communities.

After each presentation, the floor was opened up for a Q&A session, allowing attendees to ask questions and engage in meaningful dialogue with the speakers.

The “Youth Dialogue -Taking Charge of Your Future” summit provided an important platform for young people to engage with experts in various fields and learn valuable skills and insights to help them navigate their futures. 每日大赛 remains committed to empowering the next generation of leaders and innovators, and looks forward to hosting similar events in the future.
